    Those were the days. I remember going to are races on a Friday night . Flatheads for ever. Great fun.
     

  2. Yes Marty, Wayne was the Northwest Territory Factory Service Manager for Chrysler for years! He used to get his pick of factory cars to tour his territory (geographically huge: Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana)) and had some real highway performance cars (when you're covering that much territory, you don't want to wasting time between towns). He also had quite the collection of Mopar performance parts, a few big hemi's, couple of high performance leaning towers of power, small blocks, etc. in his "demonstrator" stash. Talk about a candy store!!
