James is a great car guy with a different job than most of us. He always takes time to come over and say hi and make conversation like many others.

I've never been a Metallica fan, or hater, it's just not my bag. I only know James as a hot rodder and a nice guy without an attitude.

In that video he's on his way to Billetproof when it was in Livermore. Because he got pulled over he was late to the show and didn't get in. Registration closed at noon and he got there after. The gate called and said "James Hetfield is here" I said "So what, registration is closed." He could have been pissed and left. Instead he parked outside and came in as a spectator.
