    All he did was take the Lincoln Futura paint it black and screw some dodas on it and and called it the Batmobile. Quick money maker anyone could have done if they had the car.

    In my eyes the best of the best is still Harley Earl. The man was a ******** genius.To this day his visions and concepts are cooler than anyones. I can't even imagine what it was like to work with the guy. His mind had to be in overdrive constantly.

    Such a preoccupation with aeronautics, most of these puppies (intentionally) look like they could take off.
    That '59 Caddy should be called Jane Mansfield!

    The Phantom Corsair from 1938! I had the chance to see it in Reno, and it looked like an armored art deco land speed racer! A true beauty

    That Packard Predictor sure has a lot of the same styling ideas as the '59 Edsel. Great thread. I love these dream cars. I have a book of 60 years of American dream cars. It's a permanent fixture in my porcelain library.

    I totally agree. Stunning to say the least. I have been a car guy my whole life. I have never seen one before. What did it have for an engine?:confused:
