    Got the headers and driveshaft yesterday, sure glad we notched the frame for the steering shaft, now it is all dissassembled and at the sandblaster's

    Sorry Eddy, I dont know what frame you are talking about :)

    Starting the plumbing this weekend, then maybe after Thanksgiving start moving sheetmetal.

    CptKaos, you are just too damned talented. Nice piece of work.

    I must believe that some of these guys are really good at yankin' our tails, not knowing what a "rat" is; or am I just a real dinosaur?? Hell, I wrenched on my first Rat in 1965, and have had an on again-off again love affair with them every since. Thay fall into the class of the true "ground pounders", in my estimation; right up there with Hemis, and some others..

    We got the cab transfered to the new frame, BIG THANX to David a.k.a. D.W. and Jack and Lulu of "The Thunderbolts" and my son-in-law, wont be long now.

    I think you are correct.......you should be scootin around by X-mas & w/ some slicks & a couple o bags of cement, that fucker is gonna flat out FLY !

    I am in the Garage. Got the computer out here for any quick references hahaha By the Capt. SIR that is a friggin' sweet lookin' motor. Should rip those shitty radials right off those alum. slots' haha nice truck

    sorry Tat, no shitty radials on these slots, they are shitty M/T S/S bias ply. my chain is chrome not gold :)

    What i always heard is that a mouse motor acts as a starter
    for a big block.:D (Can you tell im a big block guy?)
