These young hoodlums, no end to the trouble they cause!

Just think of the trouble you'd be in if you were driving something crazy, like the Plan II.

funny thing is I drove that wild altered wheelbase car all over the place, 33k miles, never got pulled over once. Drive a ****py old Malibu, it only takes two weeks.

    Ahhh..... The Rag-Picker Theory

I've seen prime examples, true in effect. Jim, however, never struck as such! Who knew?

Me and Silent Bob finally bought a car, we’re cruising down to the boardwalk. F@@kin’ Middletown cop pulls us over for su****ion of mischief.
    TEEN 1
    What the f@@k’s that mean?
    JAY
We were driving around with a deployed air-bag.

The Teens stare at Jay and Bob, confused.

Jim, maybe the cop's parents had a Malibu just like this one and remembered how bad it was?

Then again, with the cop watching the old guy driving erratically (making wide turns), in an old rusty rough looking car, with questionable plates, its probably a good thing the cop was checking you out.

It may be an omen of things to come though. This one might be a good car to just keep the modern plates on... Old plates on an unkept car may draw more attention then you want on the road, when you are out of your home state.

When the new plate arrives, I plan to just put the sticker on the old plate. It's the same number. AZ has fun YOM plate laws...I've got away with it a few times already, ordering a new personalized plate with the same number that's on an old one, and putting the new sticker on the old plate. You're supposed to go through a different process for YOM plates, which includes having the plate inspected to make sure it's in good enough condition. This one isn't. But I think LEOs on the street see it differently than LEOs that sit in the DMV office.

And when I hack up the car and put the Conestoga wagon on the back of it, and dress up like it's 1840, I'll be really su****ious!

I bet the cops were very disappointed when they pulled you over. that car has a "meth inside" sticker on it that only cops can see.
