The Bottema Bros 29 model a roadster

    hi i was wonder if there are any clearer pics of the bottema bros 29 A roadster on 32 rails i just think the car just looks so right its georgous

    heres a pic that i scanned out of Tom Medleys Hot Rod History part 1 book

    it also says in the book that it ran a model b 4 banger with cragar goodies and it ran 103mph

    I grabbed this off another old thread...can't remember which one...AWESOME car but I'm not sure if it is the same one? It looks kind of the same save for a lot of little details...ech, never mind. Probably not the same car.

    The top one has unsplit front wishbones and steering box in the frame, not above. Both sure are nice though...

    just realised i let this thread go has anyone got any more details on this car i just love the thing everything about it is just so right for me a bit more info in the caption it says the metal work was done by Whitey Clayton also are the back steels 15" look small than the fronts which appear to be 40 fords

    Any more pictures or information out there about George or his car ?? Here is a shot from the 1949 Hot Rod Expo with what looks like a Lee Grey windshield. George was a member of the Wheelers and he and his brother Gus were active from 1939 on at the dry lakes and drag racing. He p***ed away last year at 93.
