You didn't take any pics of this did you? If not, do you mean that you sliced through the part of the sub rail that kicks up along the inside of the cowl, or the part that kicks up towards the firewall...or both? I'll have to go back and look at that shot where you are cutting off the cowl feet, and see if I can see it there.

I think a 30-31 looks so much better on deuce rails w/o a pinch, but the gap is always so horrendous. This thing is the best of both worlds for sure. Thanks for all the entertainment and inspiration through the years!
