Beads not lining up. Got it cut and fit up better.

 

The passenger door bottom is sticking out pretty bad. This stuff just bothers me, it's the first thing I look at when I get into the garage. Tonight I had enough. . . .

 

Pie cut the lower cowl and opened it up with a screwdriver and added some small diameter solid rod. Finish work to follow.
