OH BABY!!! That's a nice one. As butchered up as it is, it's not really all that butchered....

If the door tops don't turn up, at least you have the important part. You can use 4 door or sedan tops for the part you are missing.

And, Howells makes a tall quarter panel. Order now because it will take forever to get them.

Wow Ron that’s a great score! Have fun with it. You’ve got 2 weeks to get it done in time for Northeast Vinrage drags

  5. Victory! Always a great day when you bring one home.

@flamedabone I have the door tops thank God. They are one piece so I win again. This was planned to be a street rod so please excuse the radials. Back on the PO suspension. I blocked the front up with a 2x4 20240512_183900.jpg

Ha, funny Adam. I'll be bringing the roadster up for the weekend. Really looking forward to that

  8. Let’s see, you’ll need a Halibrand QC, a 59AB , three deuces, a four speed, a pair of Smithy’s, as for paint it’ll buff out, chrome steelies, an insanity defense in case it all goes south, and Ms. Shirley in the passenger seat. Carry on.

Ron, after watching you build your roadster here on the H.A.M.B., I'm really excited to see what you do with this '33. I know it's going to be a good one!

Was hoping to link video of extraction but I need someone half my age to do it.
"You send it to you tube then copy and paste to here, super easy" yup, not happening, too large it says. Too bad, it's pretty cool!

This is awesome - amazing how these things get stored sometimes. Looks like you have a great start! I know most on here never want to say, but would you mind letting us know what you paid?

The chromed hood top is totally awesome, I'd run that.

What a great find, thanks for taking us along! The 1970's don't seam to be that long ago, 33-34 Ford Coupes were being built into Stock Cars and and you could see them in peoples yards. Looking forward to the build thread. Bob
