    Mark,

    Your really moving along. I like how the patches came out on the cross member.

    Thanks again for letting me drop by. The coupe will be great, based on how your roadster turned out.:D

    Looking good. I enjoyed talking during the Lake Compounce swap meet. Your choice of an engine builder is tops.

  8. Well I finally got the brakes figured out thanks to some fellow Hambers:cool: See that at http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=849319
    I figured I would get outside today since it was 50 degrees in the sun.:rolleyes: Got the motor clean of grease and paint.:cool: I don't think I will get to many chances to wash things out doors before Spring. :confused:

    I must have missed something. Did that car belong to Neal East? I see it was mentioned above. How about a quick story or a link about it's history.

  16. Parts are piling up:eek: The wheel cylinders were not leaking but they were nasty. Something else to rebuild:rolleyes:

Yesterday a fellow HAMBer came over to help me lug the rear out of the coupe;) And it was his birthday:eek: Anyway after dissecting the 32 we met up with 2 more HAMB guys for lunch (BBQ & Beer).:p Good Friends and HOT RODS:cool: doesn't get much better. Oh and Beer.:rolleyes: Thanks Greg!

  22. Got most of the brake parts done. Made some small frame repairs etc. Front end next.
    Took the day off from the coupe after getting an invite to join some friends for a Garage/Shop visit (What a Shop) and lunch.:cool:

  28. Well got back in the garage today after eating enough Christmas cookies the past week to fill a T touring:eek:
    Anyway attacked the rear spring cleaning up 40 plus years of you name it.:rolleyes: It is getting there! :cool:

    Mark, is that a 40 spring? How many leaves were in in it? Have the edges been ground to fit in the crossmember or is it my eyes. I'm wanting to put a buggy spring back in my coupe, so that's why so many questions. Thanks~Scott
     
  30. Scott, The rear crossmember was changed to a 34 . There are 11 leafs.
