The one I did in my Dads 53 F-100 on Thanksgiving weekend. It was the first time the truck has been driveable in 16 years! He's had it for 35 years, and it was a nicely finished truck until 1993 when he tore it down for a freshing up. Everybody told him he was nuts for tearing it down, but he did anyway. 16 years later, it's finally driving again. I took my 7 year old son out for a drive while my dad watched us. I pull out onto the street in front of his house, and did my best John Force impression! I was able to lay about 150 feet of rubber, and a TON of smoke off his BFG's. My son kept saying "I'm telling Grandpa". When we pulled back up to the garage, my Dad was standing there with the biggest smile on his face that I have seen in a long time. He just said "Goes pretty good doesn't it!"

Aaahhhhhhhhhh.....burnouts!!!!

 

Couple years ago at the Lancaster nostalgic drags a mid 70's dodge truck was doing a burnout pulling a car trailer with a 53 chevy g***er doing a burnout on the trailer at the same time and the chevy was a stick car !

 

I would like to say that it's stupid but really I am just trying to figure out how I didn't come up with that in high school!
