Thanks very much !. Its going to need paint sometime , but it seems solid so hopefully not to much work. I love the look.of the French car that started this thread so I may go for a worn used shade of blue perhaps.

Does anyone have any info on body dimensions compared to the US version. My hood is missing its rear fixing so we are fabricating something, but there is a big gap at the rear between the cowl and the hood. Unfortunately it isnt the original Euro hood so Im looking for measurements between the grille shell and the cowl.

  4. Nice car . Looks like you have the replica 25 louvre U.S. hood. Also the compulsory door sag that just about every Euro Tudor has.

The firewall and From the firewall forward to the radiator and grille shell it is the same as the USA cars. The Euro hood will interchange with the USA hoods.

Yea the hoodi snt original, and yea the doors are rather wonky !. The hinge pins s are worn but also where the hinges screw i to the body are loose. Wood has been there for a long time so im thinking of drilling right through the wood and fixing a metal plae om the back and using nuts and bolts ( ill look for some bolts with a with slot like the original screws ) and hopefully that will get things back in line
