WOW! What a great show guys!

I did the "Zombie Drag" last week and forgot to post it. Glad I waited!

    "Abducted" I finished this week.
    Both pen on bristol.

The bike I striped last week. Lot of fun having a big shiny black canvas.

I'm Diggin' The Drag Theme this WEEK! =D
Jeff That Piped Out Tiki DEck Is Way SICK! :O

I Challenged Myself this Friday (yesterday I had to edit the photos this morning lol) ... to see how quick I could lay down an acrylic painting from start to finish ...

    My Target was 2 hours & it ended up taking 5 hrs (with a Supper-Break ;) )

Here's the Play by Play ...

    1st Materials ...
    12" x 12" plywood & ***orted junk ...

Next I Lay down a Gradient Background
    [IMG]

Then I grabbed a couple of ratty old mags for inspiration
    & did a pretty ugly outline =P
    [IMG]

Starting to shape it out now ...

I have a good idea of where I'm going with it now
    [IMG]

Added a border & still shaping it out ...

    Color Under Painting ...

    Detailing It Out ...

    Finito ...

You'll noticed the setting of the pictures changes twice ... I was being chased by the sun ... wet acrylic no-like sun =P

I still may detail the suspension more & throw a Bonneville Paint job on dis Bomb before I top-coat it ;)

    Have A Good One H.A.M.B.'ers
    =D
