I am going to the Southeast Gasser race in Knoxville Saturday so look for more pics soon.

 

Went to Knoxville and saw the southeast gassers today we will be posting pics Monday.
Quain had some bad luck.
Tony was doing well.
The Skull Garage guys were doing good till a mechanical problem reared its head.
All in all it was a good day.

Cool stuff enloe! thanks for posting. You said Stott had some bad luck? What happened?

 

He had clutch problems they took the trans out and fixed that problem. They put the trans back in in about 10 to 12 minutes and had it ready to go.
Then when he fired it up he had a broken valve.

It has become tradition whenever we see Cassandra Ethan has his picture made with her.

Then we talked Misses Cromer into getting into the act. I have said it before and I will say it again this family is a "Class Act". I also want to thank them for feeding me lunch. Ethan was very excited by the Brownies also

 

Those brownies were the best! The Cromer gang is a great bunch of folks. Good seeing you guys up there!

Here is an update on other stuff also.
We went on vacation and had to cut it short to come back so Ethan could try out for Middle school basketball and football. He made both teams

This is him with his best buddy Jessie they both made the football team
After that we went to Pigeon Forge Tn.and rode go Karts and shopped and swam in the pool at the hotel.

Enloe, I'm taking my 12 year old Grandson to Bowling Green. Usually park in the trees back behind the starting line. Maybe the kids can meet up. Look for the car in my avatar.

I've gone through the whole thread but I have yet to see you lift anything heavy!

 

My sentiments exactly !

 

I don't lift as heavy as I used to. For a lot of years I was a competition power lifter. I still lift regularly but I only bench around 350 pounds on a good day a little more and on a bad day a little less.

When I was competing I benched 505 and squatted 650 (that's why I can't hardly walk now) and deadlifted 675

 

any of you guys that are coming to the Hot Rod Reunion are welcome to camp around us

Well we had a busy weekend. Saturday we went to a fishing Tournament for kids. Ethan got to fish for about an hour then he had to go to basketball. I stayed with Emma and she continued to fish. We were in the running for the smallest fish. but her .2 pound brim was too big

We put another trans in the wagon and went for a test drive tonight. It performed well.
I will post pics tomorrow.

I got Ethan a Camouflaged boonie hat. I told him that he should get some hot rod type patches and have his mom sew them on. I already have a boonie hat . I bought both of us a Harley Davidson patch to get us started.

If any of you guys have any patches you want to donate he would be appreciative.
