You're not doing a whole lot of building & grinding, unless they know you on a first name basis at the local emergency room.....
I've even been known to grind..........and polish while recovering from surgery. Served no useful purpose since you won't even see it, but it gave me something to do.
I intend to have it driveable this summer. Notice I said drivable........there will be a lot of things not finished but I'm ready to have a little fun with it.
Well, I'm still grinding. Cast iron, lots of it. Its gotta be the worst, the stuff grinds into such fine powder it gets through the air vent holes in my goggles and probably through my blue 3m particle mask. I don't suppose it posts any great health risks though in small doses. But it sure does make a mess! At the end of the day I sweep the mess into a heavy pile that taxes the dust pan for all it's worth. The I hit the shower and before even grabbing the soap there's already a trail of black water running towards the drain.
I have been known to have one eye on the door when grinding...waiting for my neighbours to hold me down n shove my angle grinder up my ***...!! ever noticed how an empty bodyshell seems to amplify noise??
