    Some one tell me about best boy. I see in in the credits at the end of a movie but what the hell is a best boy?? Do we have a best boy here in HAMBWOOD?? Thank You Bobby..
     

  26. I work in the film business, in the electrical (lights and wires) and grip (rigging) departments the boss is called a key grip and electrical key is called a gaffer. Their #2's (assistant second in command) are called best boys.
