    I actually had an offer of $12k for it...

    Either way it's not getting sold, and as of right now have about that amount in the entire car after selling the precision rolling chassis that came with it.

    Not a jab at you personally in no form or fashion . It was more a reflection on recent threads about costs of this or that. I doubt my remark is going to change the world, so continue on . :) At least you as the new owner , are putting it back to use so props to you .

    No offense taken! I honestly had given up years ago of being able to ever afford "my dream" at least in Henry steel. But so glad this thing fell in my lap when it did!
