Yeah, and why the hell are the plug wires down near the frame rail?!

 

I am going to guess its a Detroit Diesel with a bunch of junk hung on it to make it cool

 

If you look closely at the exhaust going into the small turbos it appears to be a SBC hidden underneath all of that stuff. Obviously ten lbs of stuff in a five lb sack trying to look cool.
