Appears to be a name on the top plate but I can't make it out.

 

Could this be it????... Bud Moore Engineering.. Mini plenum intake for a BOSS 302...

Cool Dueces! That Cross Boss is pretty rare w/ the 4 downdraft Autolites. That's a lot of high-end FoMoCo stuff you posting There was a cat selling dual-quad and tri-power SB & FE induction for big pockets. Forgot his name. Looks like 'em on those Blue Thunder intakes below the high-riser intake.

We have one of the BBM FE top ends in the works with luck it could make noise this year.

 

A couple I like especially the Y Block with twin superchargers.

 

That Shelby video,whew, what a trip, I was expecting Geraldo Rivera to jump out at any time there.
Sure would like to hear the back story about the people that lived there.
I'm not fully Shelby literate but I know a "Holy Grail" when I see it!

The site I got those pictures from is called "Fabulous Fords" and those intakes are for sale.... A couple of those are reproduction intakes and the Holley carbs are reproduction also.....

 

The only remanufacturer for dual-quad and tri-power intake for Holley carbs I can find is Blue Thunder now. The Eddy intake only takes Eddy carbs (convenient sales pitch, there).

Wasn't the Cross Boss made for Trans-Am? Maybe Bud Moore? Trying to remember...

Just wrapped up making this four carb setup for the gm 4-71!

 

GM's L-70 intake manifold... It's too bad it never happened... It was supposed to be an option for the new "F body" SS car... It got the axe after a couple of copies actually made into production....
It used the same Holley carbs that were used on the 427 big block.... Just detuned for a 350.. Power output was 360 h.p.,...
If anyone has any more info and pictures on this super rare setup, please post away... Thanks!...
