One of my mementos from from the Show Thanks @Jeff Norwell The Staff and Vendors were wonderful as were all I had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with. Good times indeed. The drive was a hoot as well... Bare with my compiling the imagery...it will be a little limited as I was late in my arrival... Just a heads up that @daylatedollarshort posted an outstanding Thread on this Show as well Here is the link... https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/jalopy-jamup-2024.1322316/ Any of you that have pics please feel free to share... The weather was great!!
...This Deuce Won Best in Show I believe...$1k plus a trophy made from a Show-worthy painted and chrome Deuce Shell/Grille with Functional Headlights and connecting rod supports...
Thats a Brian Killduff shifter in the Fugitive, I have one in my coupe. Very COOL Stogy, thanks for sharing the excellent pictures.
Hi Hambers...thanks and glad you enjoyed seeing an eyeful of pretty cool stuff that caught my eye...I missed a lot...they were leaving as I was entering...but alas there is next year... @mad mikey, that Bat tribute was pretty cool...its probably old news around here. It looked to be all hand formed and welded. Without a doubt it could deliver if put to work...it sounded beastly...
...raffle engine... Also I want to add I arrived in a lull in the live music, missed the pinup contest and many other highlights focusing on capturing the rides. There were however plenty of lovely ladies in amongst the crowd and nice to see quite a number driving the rides. It was again great chatting with several Hambers and anyone who wanted to talk Vintage Hotrod throughout the day. I'll try to hit it a little earlier next year...
Thanks again for the compliments Hambers...I will also reach out and high five the builders and owners of these fine rides...you do keep my eyes and fingers busy with a big smile on my face...
