Spike, absolutely awesome to meet you. We are going to work together very soon. I mean, if you'll have me... Pm soon.
'Shopping Mall Spike' would be a killer band name. A real honor meeting you, Spike... hope to see you in Austin in December!
Spike......when are you going to post your Meet & Greet photo? Like to see if maybe I was paying attention when you clicked your shutter!! CB
Had a blast at the show, and it was great actually seeing a few people I know at the show. I made it to knoxville so far on my way to vegas in the van.......I couldnt think of another place better to have brought it out for the first time
Thanks for that compliment John. It was good to see you again. Have a save rest of your trip to SEMA.
Ummmm. Are those insect beside that crack pipe? But the crowning moment this weekend was my 1yr old son finding a crack pipe in our room which led to free hotel accommodations and helped with traveling costs yay!!!! Can't wait to see you Texans next year if you come back. I love this show and think it's by far the best on the East Coast.[/QUOTE]
I didn't take a lot of videos at the show, but I used what I had to make this little clip. Brian, Piero, Professional Filmmakers, please don't even look at it, I'm still at the very beginning... <object width="400" height="225"><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" /><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /><param name="movie" value="http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=31175460&server=vimeo.com&show_title=0&show_byline=0&show_portrait=0&color=00a def&fullscreen=1&autoplay=0&loop=0" /><embed src="http://vimeo.com/moogaloop.swf?clip_id=31175460&server=vimeo.com&show_title=0&show_byline=0&show_portrait=0&color=00a def&fullscreen=1&autoplay=0&loop=0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowscriptaccess="always" width="400" height="225"></embed></object>
Thanks guys! Like I said, I'm just starting to explore the video world... And Dave, you're the living proof, that you can be great at both, engineering and art!
fuxl - Cool video! ... Hot Rods are for driving! This "California Boy" even recognized most of the scenery ... I've driven over the "Gov. Harry W. Nice Memorial Bridge" dozens of times (during business trips between Washington DC & Dahlgren, VA) ... I guess I'm gonna have to "volunteer" for travel to DC, PAX River, or Dahlgren in October 2012!
Just a update( if anyone cares lol) I have made it to Oklahoma city this am on my way to Vegas in the van
Looks like one good show and I have never been to this one so maybe next one I can plan on it. Glad to see all the pictures and great event coverage.
"Ummmm. Are those insect beside that crack pipe?" No. Those are Isopods, a kind of crustacean. Remember that this part of Maryland is famous for its crustacea, though mostly the larger ones.
Great work on the video Martin. I got a few myself, but the only "music" you hear is background noise.
Yeah Spike. Post your shots. I made an effort to not be behind another head when you were working. I was there really. Really
Martin, Great video, quickly saw D-Russ sitting along the side of the road before you crossed the bridge. BTW the Military Humvees were probably those that left the Armory earlier on Friday as the advance team going on manuevers in Va. Thanks-oh cool music too! J'Mike
I have to second that , cool video, on the side of road was D-Russ and the famous Doug Walker owner of Joe Smith.....
