  1. Yes! Now I just have to find it, haha!

    Thanks!

  2. Absolutely. I really just need to track it down. You cannot begin to understand what it took to move my shop this winter and everything is ....somewhere! Ha!

This is a great thread, it lovely to see people out there everywhere doing this stuff. Makes me feel better about all the toil we go through...actually have done for 20 years.LOL
You've built that so well, your another one helping keep automotive history going for the next bunch of herberts. When we are very very old, the new owners will thank us for all the hard work we put in now.
    Kind regards

  8. What a very nice thing to say Beverly! Thanks so much for reply. I have tried to do things to the best of my ability and it has been a great learning experience. Hopefully when I am gone the truck will still be around for someone else to enjoy!

Stay focused on when it's all done and you're showing off all your hard work, nothing feels better than to say, I built it myself. Great work.

Mike the truck looks great!. Gonna start the T soon?.

  11. Thanks!

    Thanks David!

Hopefully soon on the T. I have as of yet been unable to get my shop set up at the new digs as we've been trying to finalize the sale of our old home and make the new one more presentable! If I can finish the master bedroom suite in the next couple of months I should be able to start wiring/ insulating the new shop and hopefully get crack-a-lackin' on the T again this winter!

If you want to loan your kids out to help with the painting I would graciously accept, haha!

Any one can give me details on what I need to do to install a 1965 292 six in my 36 Chevy truck. It has a stock 216 now.

I agree, but I'm not thinking it would be a big task. I'd ***ume the 292 would be the same length and mounting locations.

  19. You're 'bout to find out ****a!

Last year somewhere in the 19's with the single 2 barrel. This year I finally have my tri-power somewhat dialed so I hoping for a little better!

You're in the 18 range right???

    Cactus1,

Came to take a look after you posted on my 1927 Morgan build.

You have more metal in a door than is in my entire car. Much to big a project for my skill set.

Keep up the good work. I'll check in regularly.
