Customs The Kirkegaard Merc, 1939 early style custom

Thanks guys. Weather was great today so I rolled it outside for a few more pics. Really like these black & whites! wish my house was a little more period looking.

innnnncredible. Be so cool to don period dress and take the good lady out on the town in such an awesome custom car. Well done getting it completed in such a short timeframe too!!

 

Man, this car was one of my three favorites at the GNRS. I couldn't get enough of it. I really appreciate these outdoor b&w shots. Your execution on that chop is flat amazing as is the stainless and the bodywork. WOW. Congrats to all involved.

 

Hey Sledge, when will it be delivered to Tim? it is such a beauty and i can barely wait to see it some day! you did a killer job!

Thank you for your hospitality a week or two ago. It was so great to walk around at your place and look at all the great stuff you have and fantastic work you do.

And the high light for me of course was to see the Kirkegaard Merc in natural light. The first time I saw it was at night several minutes before the gates closed at the GNRS in Pomona. And after that at the show. But there is nothing like seeing a new custom in its natural habitat. With the reflections of the road, the sky and the trees around it.
What a great custom, you and Adam did a fantastic job.


This is one photo I took when you drove the car up to the photo shoot for Gasoline magazine. I took many more photos of it, but I promised per Webb to wait showing them until after his article has appeared.
