Hi Geoff, have to apologize for being rather anti-social lately. Haven`t spoken to Tony for a long while on the phone, you know the mad hustle getting one of these things on the road. Do have time off this week where the roadster wont be here so shall call and workout afew days to hangout with both you guys if possible.

Was thinking today hearing the sad news of Pete Chapouris passing, one of your great covers as a tribute would be nice.

Thanks for the constant updates here, really cool watching and learning from two of the most talented home built hot rodders around.

    Thanks for the replies guys.
Sorry Tom. It's the rareafied country air down here it gives me visions.
I am hearing you Pat. When I read this morning of the passing of Pete Chapouris, I thought about a tribute cover. But then my mind went onto other things. I will see what I can come up with.

PS It does look good doesn't it Tom?

Here's a cover I just did in tribute to Pete Chapouris. It features his first hot rod and of course I had to play with it.
I may do another tribute cover later.

Pretty hot here today. Got a bit done on the bathroom earlier and will do a bit more later when it cools down a bit.
    Here's another cover.

Another one of my passions is early American track cars, especially Indy cars.

Here's another cover for all those '34 coupe lovers. I know there's a few of you out there.
It's hard to believe this is cover 200.

There's something about filled unchopped US '34 5Ws that looks wrong. They look like they've been pressurised.
A few inches removed makes all the difference (IMHO)

Here's another cover that pays tribute to Pete Chapouris. I don't know how well it does that.
    Thanks Gary.

I came across these 2 images and thought they speak of simpler times. I thought they would make a neat cover, promoting all that's good in American youth and their hot rod hobby.

It's hard to describe a sunset on the salt, but this cover shows how special they can be.

That's a top effort Geoff with over 200 covers done. Chris Davenport's Tudor on the Salt would have to be one of the best if I had to choose one.

Some pics below from the Kustom Nats on the weekend.
