  1. Probably local GM. I think they are commonly called chaser wheels. It's not my playground so I'm prepared to be corrected on this.

    You can probably get those wheels or something similar off most any lat 90s or newer vehicles

    Yep. In the 90's we called 'em 'Pursuits' they were as cool as a cool thing when you couldn't afford a set of mags!
