So a few years ago I new I wanted a model a hot rod but didn't know a damn thing about them. Went to a farm auction and found this Model A 3 window. Didn't realize till after there is no such thing. Of course I had to wait all day and it was the last thing to sell. I was on till about $550. It sold for $600. I beleive it was a special coupe with a section from a tudor put on. Looks not bad actually. We went for a drive while waiting for the auction and found this nice Husdon. I love those things.
Leatherback sport coupe, maybe? Did sport coupes come in both folding top and fixed top versions? *****6
I'd say a sport coupe that someone stuck the back part of a steel roof on years ago when the original roof gave out.
What ever it is,it looks pretty cool for being done back in the day.. I prefer the regular coupe though...........
There was a 1931 prototype three window built by Ford, there was an article and pictures in the Restorer several years ago. But I would have to agree that the car pictured was a 28/29 sport coupe with a piece of a sedan top.
oh man ! you missed out on a very rare car ! henry made like 3 of them & i believe that is 1 of only 2 left . go buy it back ! ... i have pix if ya want them .............. steve
