Hi i'm the new kid. still in highschool. my autobody teacher showed me this site so i looked around and decide to join. i don't have a car yet. but been look for a old beaten up truck to restore and bring it to the Rat Rod culture. so i look to this site for answers and help. i have love cars ever scents i can remember. My grandfather got me into cars by taking me to tractor shows. and while he was looking at tractor there was a cars show at the same time so i would ask him to take me over there. my grandfather p*** last year. and he would be very very happy but i have started pinstriping at this age and being in a shop. i'm 16 and people are already ask if i can do some pinstripes for them. i pick pinstriping up pretty fast when my autobody teacher got me some brush to try my hands on. i only been doing it scents the starting of the new year. People always said i had a "old Soul" because i would do stuff the hard simple old way and at the car show we have in town all my friends would be at the more modern new side of the car show and i would be at the side with all the 32 three windows and 67 mustang and old rat rods. talking to all the owners about how they got started. i like this life style and culture you get a good set of motor head friends and yall are like family. my Dream car would be a 1957 bel air candy apple red with a pearl top. slamed to the ground custom wheels and shaved and all clean and underglow red neon lights (maybe). i looking in to starting a shop of my own but i'm still looking to go to college. but thats me ,the new kid, Harv, the pinstripe kid.
Hey, welcome to the HAMB... I have seen your pin-striping and have a couple of things I would like to get done...
