    So I've picked up a new project! Tell me what you think.[​IMG]

    So there it is! I have everything for the car except for the two quarter windows ( for some reson there broken) and the drivers vent window. I also ended up with 2 extra pairs of hood hindges!:D:cool:

    Since 52-56 Mercs are cousins to the Fords and a lot of the parts interchange we won't divorce you,the Merc social group for those years seems to be R.I.P. so please stick around!

    well I apritiate that! All the other groups that I belong to are a little boring and no one realy post on them(that would be a little *** kissing on my part)!

    That thing looks sweet. All i would do is clean it up, shine it up, lower it and cruise it. You dont have to chop these cars up. There just cool the way they are. Congrats.:)

    Oh yeah, nice find indeed. I was kinda looking for a '53 or '54 Merc before I decided to do my Fairlane. They're real lookers for sure.

    I remember seeing a 54 Merc for sale when I bought my 54 back in 1986. I loved the way it looked and wanted it, but it was very nice and out of my price range, whereas my 54 had very similar looks but was very affordable.

    Yours looks cool. Keep the pics coming as you get into the project.

    Oh most definantly! I hope to pick it up from my buddy in the next few weeks!! It should make a pretty cool mild custom!! They're almost like that right out of the box!

    Oh by the way my ford is for sale if anyone is looking for a good parts car or if they're interested in taking on a project! I need the room!
