Total noob, been lurking the boards and reading the Journal for a few days and thought I should account for my page hits. I neither have vintage metal nor any plans to assault any in the near future, but I'm an admirer of the art. I'd rather see rust than mile-deep paint, and tall, skinny doughnuts at the corners than Pirelli P-Zeros any day. There's currently a 1968 Mustang convertible in my shop in the early stages of a total resto/restomod. I also recently posted some (crappy) pix of the remains of a Model T (I'm guessing mid-20s) that my father-in-law has sitting out in his woods and wants to park next to the Mustang.
