    Sorry, but no. I got this one off a parts truck out back at Dixie Truckworks here local. They have lots of other sheet metal though, new and used.

    Hey, thanks. I like it more and more every day. I can't wait to see what it looks like when I get the body straightened out and get some satin paint on there. Thanks again for the grill.

    Do we want her? The wife or the truck?

    I'd be interested in the Chevy. But send pictures of the wife, too, what the hell.

    Mine is 60 with the ugly duckling frontend. But its growing on me:D

    This truck was never driven in ohio til last week. I bought it all apart 3 weeks ago and had it painted and together in 2 1/2 weeks.

    Its lowered now. And getting lettered up this sunday;)

    :D

    silly dad^, we've had waaay more 60-65 trucks than that. i can think of like 4 off the bat. like the gold truck that i noticed on here [that i miss terribly, but you sold it, of course. since you have an extremely bad habit of going through cars like underwear].

    great thread on the most underrated truck of all time... My cousin in law found this 62 in a field in southern indiana for 700 bucks straight 6 3 on the tree put some gas and a battery in her and drove her home, my uncle(his father in law) owned a service center at the time that did pennzoil oil and filter changes so we threw this thing together in about 3 days and he sold it the first day he drove it it had heated coils out back and airride up front it was kind of gawdy, but it kinda fit with the theme of the service center looking like a late 60s service call truck in a way. had a great patina too!

    I haven't put mine up for a while. I dropped it a bit more and am currently repainting the interior, for which I have just gotten a new black bench seat. pics soon to come.

    I have some photos of a pretty nice 63 short bed that I would like to post if someone could help me.
    Contact me at jerryclassicauto@verizon.net and I will email the photos that I would like to post. This is a pretty nice truck.
    Thanks.

  29. Guys;
    Once again, here is why they built pick up trucks.
    heading on a road trip.
    Engine in the back is a 265 chev with a potvin front mounted 4-71 blower ,,and 2 port injection.
    Found the blower set up a few years ago..

    It's on a 4 wheel cart till I can get the roadster done that this engine was in !!
