    that was the plan. any other trim package i could let be ruined. all the real work of saving this one is yet to be done, it needs all kinds of metal work.

    i WAS gonna bust it out first on another board, y'know. bad timing on the LBCC switchover. i had to share it somewhere!


    deadbird, the inside isn't much to look at yet. in fact, the further away you view any part of the truck, the better it looks!

    Where is the best place to find a Chrome grill and bumpers for a 63 ? I hope to get mine this weekend I will keep y'all posted..I guess I need an aftermarket company to get some parts....

    fabricated a inner bed structure and wood floor

    used that hot rodz flat for the orange and white single stage gloss paint for the roof, tailgate insert, grill insert and grill background.

    ill try and find a side shot.

    that looks to be the same style camper my dad had on his truck. As a kid I sat in that camper on many trips to the beach, hunting trips, etc.
