Is there a thread where people have posted photos of classic vehicles seen out in the wild or being used?

I have a ton of photos and I think it would be fun to share them with others. I am sure others have photos they would like to share as well.

I like that thread! Thanks for leading me there.

It covers half of what I was looking for.

I was also looking for a thread about vehicles being used too.

It's always a pick me up when I see any classic vehicle out there still in use, or being restored, or waiting for cash to complete.

  7. Love the '33 Ford roadster--it takes the "Please, Sir, don't restore that car, just drive it!" award.

I'll bet there are a bunch out there, from old daily drivers to trucks that get used a couple of times a year. This sounds like a winner to me!

I think this is old enough....and I would say it is an excellent use for one. 1782030_908884255809386_4097098218785862151_n.jpg

What does "in the wild" mean, exactly? Not being used? Gary

Daily driven for about 4 months last year. Bone stock out of a 40 year storage in a pole barn. Then reality hit... after about 1,000 miles of driving, it was going to need a radiator and the bearings on the output shaft were toasted. Got my cash back out of it tho, and lots of "smiles-per-gallon" while driving it too. 1382062_4804632812233_1767331509_n.jpg

Yes. All we are looking for are vintage vehicles that you have spotted.

Wish I would have taken a picture of it before I cut the trees/brush enough to drag it home, but I've got a '41 Chev that was used by my uncle for deer hunting. He tore out the front seat, put in a small heater, sat in the back seat & waited for the deer to walk by. Then, he'd roll down a window & shoot!
