hahaha...i may have deserved that. She's off the trailer but the garage is to tight for a decent photo. Can't wait to see what you're cookin up.

Kooooooool! I wasn't planning on chopping the car but you make a very strong case for it. Interesting take on the fenders...too bad the fabricating is probably out of my league. Thanks Kris!

Thats awesome Rik!! Beautiful lines! I have to agree with you I think the 36's might be Fords prettiest design ever, even the 4 door has beautiful lines ...its too bad the one I went to see was so overpriced for the condition its in....the rust doesnt scare me at all but the price for all that rot did ....I am gonna cal the guy soon and chat about it, see if I can get a realistic price out of him ...wish me luck !

No problem. It definitely looks good with a chop, I'm a big fan of fade aways. They are pretty heavy fabrication (although probably on par with a chop). I thought there was a tech thread or two on how to do them. Its not beyond the skills of mortal men.

Ellwood, here's "Lucille" with an attitude, probably 'cause she's got "Gas".:D Normally I'm not a whitewall fan but they look good in this application.

think this one was overlooked! page 260
we are dyin to see this car in a seafoam/mint green with dark green metalflake roof with wide whites and smoothies with chrome 57 ranchero hub caps!:D

  16. Yes sir, that's exactly the strange I was looking for! Thank you.
There's only so much you can do to a fourdoor. We were thinking a "taildragger" (JamesD did an awesome geen flake color for that) But with only one car left in the garage, this fodo will either be "gassin" or "draggin"
    come spring time! Thanks again.
If you're feelin' it, could you drag the ass with some full rear fender skirts?

Ok, here's a little of both. Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever seen a blown flathead sled.

Can we get a better picture. Something that's not back lit. Push it out of the garage for a few shots.

left the skirts, flaked the roof, shaved the emblem, door handles, and lowered it.

  29. Now could someone do one picture of the car lowered like 2 inches in the front and 3 in the back with these wheels and maybe one lowered 2 in the front 2 in the back with whitewalls, black steels with spider caps?
might be kinda hard but im just exploring ideas...
    thank you talented indivuals!!!

Flat-foot, Nice job! She's not a big fan of the all chrome wheels. I love them but its not my car. Could somebody try the Crager or Torq Thrust wheels with the centers painted the same color of the car. You guys are the greatest. Thank you.
