I can chop it, shave it, stretch, shorten, or make it into a truck, but I suck at colour... otherwise I would have done it long ago... sorry.

James D and OahuEli are your best bet I think.

    ...into what?

Thanks. I guess I'll give it a day or two, then shoot one (or both) of them a PM if there is no activity

Glad to hear it, you waited a long time!

I love your car (that is your 59 right?) I have a 59 Meteor 2 door Ranch wagon and a 59 Meteor Rideau 500 2 door hard-top (parts car for the wagon) so I have a real soft spot for the 59's.

Are you looking for any other parts for your car other then the bumper guards?

    More.

What style of silhouette did you want? Do you have any examples?

thanks ln7 for the response. our best in show last year was a 51 ford vert like this, and we want to use an image of it on our shirts for this year. we are going to do our own screen printing and to keep cost down we want to do single color silhouettes. here is our logo that goes on the front. i would love to see if the 51 could be made to look similiar to the 34 in our logo. would be more than happy to pay you for your time. thanks again.

:D Cool man, I like that Meteor grills, they are so much heavier duty looking, I never understood why when Meteor uses a star for an emblem but the Ford has a grill full of stars, and the meteor got the rectangles... Let me know if you are ever looking for any Meteor specific stuff, I need the ribbed aluminum panels that go on the rear quarters of the Galaxie, I want to dress up my wagon.

Did you want it with the same circles and text and girls?
I notice it has kinda rough edges, did you want that as well?
I have made logos and stuff before, never a silhouette, but I am willing to try!

AWESOME job! Defintiely going with the 2-tone. And you even touched up the mirror and added Cragars. Thanks alot!

I'm thinking about leaving the bumpers white, though. Maybe even switch out the primered grille with the chrome one from my Econo Pickup. Too much blue in that area IMHO (No need to photoshop it again...I have a GREAT mental image now!).

Just looking at that gives me goosebumps....Its SO close to what I imagined. Thanks again!

Hey guys. You did this the other day by removing all of the down leg of the front fender. Can you do the same thing only not all of the front down leg. Cut it off at the indentation/body line instead. Not sure I liked it all the way off but I think minimizing it might look better. Thank you again.

On this other '63 can you remove just the lower half of the front bumper. Cut it off on a line with the top of the slot where the turn signals attach. Take that all the way around the bumper ends. I want to see how just the contoured top of the bumper might look.

22 inch wheels, big number 3 on the side, wings and a propeller.. no prob! :D

This is not a silly question by any means, but it's like asking "how do you restore a car" it's a very long and involved answer, if your wondering about programs used or time taken that varies from person to person, there are a number of photoshopping programs out there, all do the same basic thing, most are hard to use if you have never used them before, if you are new to the game I suggest Gimp (http://www.gimp.org) it's free and straight forward and there are a lot of people using it including me who are happy to help you learn it. As for how long it takes to do something that can be anywhere from a few seconds to hours of work, it depends on what you are trying to accomplish. for me to cut the front fenders on that white Pontiac earlier took a couple minutes, to add the wheels to that pink 59 Ford took less then 2 minutes, and converting my DD to a COE took about an hour or so. It's not something you are a pro at right off the bat, but if you mess with it you can get the hang of it pretty fast.

What I did when I got gimp original was I took copies of some of my photos and messed with the settings and figured out the tools and just experimented till I got things to work and knew how they worked.

Now that would be cool! Definitely not another like it! From what I've seen on your albums you and your Dad could whip that up pretty quick.

Hi guys. Im just a newbie to this forum so forgive me if I balls this up. I gotta say you guys are amazing with your photoshop pics. Could you do some for me?
    I'm thinking of getting a corvair.....hey... cut me some slack..I'm british:p
Could someone change the yellow or blue car in the pic for me?I was thinking of a rich blue metallic (ford sonic?) with shelby style racing stripes in white metalflake, some diagonal matching stripes down the front fenders, lose the small wheels in favour of white painted torque thrusts, lowered with a slight rake.Keep the spoilers and fitch roof extension but maybe lose the fender flares. I'd also like to see it with the hood graphic on the late model camaro pictured , also blue and white....then , if I haven't asked too much already, could you try the same blue with a gold topside, divided at the top fvender line.....PHEW, dont know about you but I'm Knackered now......Cant wait to see your work

Sorry but it would take too much time to photoshop the Pontiac.

I did however, find a photo and photoshopped it to look like a Barris type custom.
