  7. Welcome to the H.A.M.B. :D

Ummm... Don't be too surprised if you don't get much response to your request. Your car, while nice, is a bit OT around here.

And I'm not exactly sure why but you'll get treated a lot better if you do an introductory post before posting in the main boards.

Hey JamesD! What's the hourly rate for an ASAP job anyway??? ;)

I was wondering if someone could photoshop this a dark green and lower the back about 3-4 more inches and add some Cadillac Sombreros. I have the paint and hubcaps and a pic in my head but I would love to see it before it's done, Thank you Andrew.

You'll need a bigger picture than a thumbnail to get any response.

  14. Man You guys are great!
Can someone add dimension lines to these - blueprint style and label them in abcdefg...fashion.
I want to try and make them, ill post it on the maim board and see if someone can add values to the dimensions you've created. Thanks

if you want blueprints you might want to talk to a draftsman.

Lines can be added but they will not be accurate unless you get a real photo of the parts or scan that magazine they are in, a photo of a photo plays tricks with proportions badly, here is an example of what I mean.

  18. No, I don't want or need actual blueprints or scaled drawings, I was just looking for a common point of reference so two or more people can easily discuss the physical attributes of that piece. They are photos of 47 Ford rear shock mounts. Should be easy for me to duplicate if I were discussing with someone who had a set in front of them. We both could use the photo with dimension lines to reference.

Hello, can somebody do some magic to this car?

    • Remove background - if it helps to do the work...
    • Bring the front end (engine flywheel forward) back so the rear exhaust port is centered to the current firewall.
    • Then another chop bringing it back further so the rear exhaust port would be behind the current firewall, yes you would have to cut up the cowl and firewall to do these things in the real world.
Thank you for any help, I have been trying to visualize this in my head for months!

Is this close to what you mean? I didn't keep the wheelbase the same for time constraints, but it can be remedied easily.

WOW! yes this is awesome! Wheelbase is perfect.

Would it be hard to chop the top just a little more on the second photoshop edit? (1 more inch in real life... if it helps for scale the rear tire is supposed to be 34 inches tall)

    I really appreciate this!
