  3. Heh heh - this needs to be done! What size wheels are on this thing? I wasn´t sure of the scale. Hope its not too hopelessly wrong!

    Cool!
Stock this truck had 16" wheels and 36" tires. I was thinking about using 32" MT Street Slicks in the rear and 28" tires in the front. I am going to tub the rear and extend the rear fenders to get them to fit.
It is geting done. I will be channelling the rear this weekend.

  7. I wasn´t too far out with the wheels then. You´ll need a tall tyre to fill the arches for sure. Thats what the fenderwell headers are for actually - to fill up some of that space.

I like the idea of the fender headers. You got me thinking....

I know it is not a very good picture but I plan on a heavy flake white on the roof to and suede light blue on the car body lower in the rear with skirts and olds hub caps
Or green suede and a gold flake roof

Can anybody give it a try

    THANKS

The gasser look is cool, but I like the military theme, just lower to fit, no chop, as it's gonna be pretty cramped in there with a channel job on that cab. I'd also slide that bed forward just a couple of inches, make it centered over the wheel a little more...:D

First, I thought some camouflage paint might help to keep the neighbors from noticing this monstrosity. And then I had to fix the lettering on the rear tire. Sorry, James, but it was really starting to BUG ME, man!

And finally, the... HEY! Wait a minute. Where'd that cat come from? I thought somebody was going to Photoshop him out about a dozen posts ago. Oh well, when you uncork the headers and fire this beast up that ought to get rid of him for good!:D

Do a Google search with the terms, "photo to line drawing, photoshop" and you'll get tons of tutorials to choose from. I have no idea how to do it...

two replies in the time it took me to quote your reply... guess your not gonna be short of people willing to help...

Personally, Im recomending inkscape. if you want sharp line art. vectors are great... (basically its the photoshop linetool, but you can scale them up or down infinatly.. ) in short a free alternative to adobe illustrator.

if however you have photoshop, and want to learn, http://acaraluv.deviantart.com/art/lineart-with-the-pen-tool-21814747 thats the tutorial I learnt from.. Just click the pic and it`ll expand... have fun.

Would someone be kind enough to color this wagon

    in this color scheme

and lastly, if it could be added these wheels? If not, I'm cool with the S/S's because I like them too.

    Thanks in advance!

  30. Duly noted! But it's hard to tell from the angle she's at and the position of her tail.

Please offer my sincerest apologies to your cat, when she wakes up! (Gawd...I can't believe I just said that!)
