    With all the talk about the demise of Pontiac, I've been playing around with the Pontiac Aztec trying to give it some help. It's so ugly it's almost cute. Well maybe! After doing some customizing on it like dropping it on the ground and adding skirts and Porche headlights it looked "passable" so then I decided to add lipstick. You know the old saying about lipstick on a pig. Maybe that would help! Not!
    Peace,
    Chaz

    very close, but with two spears on the scallop. one at the top of the arch and one closer to the rocker, just not all the way down, but thank you that definitely helps a lot! And still want to see with the the roof in the orange too, if that is not too much too ask?

    Here is my 62 Merc after a bit of photo chopping..I chopped the top, added cruiser skirts, added whitewall tires and bulls eye caps, lowered it and did a few other things.

    I hope some donuts were performed when the IHC truck was on the White House lawn...;) That truck looks cool IMHO.

    Nice work on the Merc teisco.

    the yellow one is nice. i would go more that way if i could find a bed and rear fenders for it. my truck was already gutted when i got it. not much ihc left, just the sheet metal. so i figured just make it a hot rod. i'm tring to work a deal right now to get another later model ihc truck that is all oem. will be a nice resto. for an old school driver. thanks to all for the pics thats a cool use of photoshop would have never thought of using it for that before this thread. but i'm not into all that fancy computer stuff.

    I've tried, but I don't have the skills to do it well, yet.:eek: A gloss paint job takes a bit longer to do, so hopefully someone will be along shortly to help you out.
    BTW, it looks like it's gonna be a bitchin' car!

    I'm amazed at what you guys can do. So, Ive got another one. My sedan delivery has been on the road for 22 years now. I'm thinking putting together another set of wheels and tires for it. Its not an easy thing because it has a 5" bolt circle. I originally built the car to run Buick Skylark wire wheels. Anyway I would like to see what it would look like with blackwalls, black steel wheels and 40 standard hubcaps like this one;

    My first attempt at adding "shininess". Pretty lame but the new graphics tablet is helping out a lot.

    Thought I'd give it a try too hard to get the gloss starting with flat.

    Oooops, forgot to paint the frame horns....:eek::rolleyes:

    Thanks Bob. It is tough. Someone needs to create an add on that makes a shiny car with the click of a button.(not bloody likely!)

    I like that look too James D, great job!

    It is tough to make a car shiny photo chopping it..you have to actually paint it with the spray tool to add highlights and such,,,or as I did on one car searched the net and borrowed just the right shiny part and pasted and blended it in.
