Would anyone be willing to help photoshop my buddy's 47 chevy fleetline.
It's in need of a makeover.
Recently a 49 dodge grille was put in it. But it needs a paintjob, nosing, shaving, and some skirts...
    Any help would be appreciated!

Was thinking maybe a two tone? Possibly a white roof with maroon body, or grey body?
It has a brown pleated interior so whatever you wizards would think might match that too?
Even different wheel and tire combos?
THANKS A TON!!! Cant wait to see you work your magic!

That Chevy Fleetline (original image) appears to be "smushed". Could someone stretch the maroon and white one with whitewall to the proper proportions? Muchas gracias!

Hi there guys, been a while since I've been on this thread, but I'm wondering if any of you would be happy to do a section job on this 46 Chevy for me? I'd like to drop the beltline down so it sits with just enough room for rhe stainless moulding ala a Dave Stuckey style custom. And also lowered to sit flat ,with the rockers around 6-8ins from the ground..... Many thanks in advance, PB 1946 Chev Tudor for photoshop.jpg

Hey thanks Madfish !! I'm thinkin it needs some taken out between the beltline and the moulding under the windows now..haha and maybe raised just a bit in the rear so the windows sit level. Again many thanks !! this really helps picture things!!

  18. Hey madfish...If you actually use the correct aspect ratio based on the metadata of the original photo the car is would be even longer than your version...

Now that all that money was spent on a sectioning, is there any money left to chop it a couple inches?

  21. What the heck...I don't mind spending the other guys money....

You been reading my mind JamesD :):) thats exactly how I would be heading with the wheelarches. I love the extra section, with no chop...just unsure about the stainless side mouldings hmmmm .
    Again, MANY THANKS GUYS!!!

  25. Ah yes I see what you mean about the side trim. Maybe just shorten it up, front and back and lose the belt line trims (and also the window surrounds that were too fussy for me to get rid of). Paint the whole thing a dark colour (single colour) and Bobs your uncle. It does need some kind of side chrome though.

I'd like some painting scheme suggestions for my wagon. Nothing too nuts. Using the Gulfstream Blue color here, which the car was originally: http://paintref.com/cgi-bin/colorcodedisplay.cgi?color=Gulfstream%20Blue&tditzler=12271&rows=50,
And the white on the car, could I see a few 2 tone choices? I was thinking, white over blue, straight across at the beltline trim. Blue roof, blue below the belt and white in the middle, and possibly, this white over blue combo, as best as the different body style lets you: http://bringatrailer.com/2009/02/11/cool-sliding-roof-1963-studebaker-lark-wagonaire/
Thank you! It's time to address a few rusty places this year, so it's going to need repainting afterwards; might as well go for broke.

  29. Since its Winter up there, and you all need entertainment, would someone please put some chrome wheels, and wide whites on my pile, and if your feeling generous, do another replacing the black paint with metallic green? I'd like the flames to stay.
    Thanks guys. IMG_20141216_200605.JPG

Here's a quick photoshop of the changes you wanted. I could do better with higher res photos.
