James, you da man. You're probably the only person on this site that would recognize the Bentley Blue Train influence.
    Happy New Year!

Now that is a gangster look that appeals to a side of me with a look that I don't usually care for.

Any chance you could try a set of Keystone Kustomags (or klassics) with redline tires? Also giving some thought to slot mags. Thanks for all your efforts.

  11. Can anyone chlean this up and maybe reshape the hood and tuck a nice whitewall tire and steel wheel so it looks lowered?

In other words, sometimes we save people (and their wallets) from their bad ideas...on the other hand we can REALLY create stuff that will make you toss your cookies in a heartbeat. Wanna see a Lexus gasser? Me neither.

I think if the Henry J is a bait car and it's going to get chopped, the roof needs to lose about a foot and a half of length. Kinda choppy but you get the idea.

Very interesting. I suspect it would have to have a lot of work to create a new non-fastback trunk area. Thoughts?

Very true. I think I'd slide the roof all the way forward and get the side profile right, then I'd fill in the trunk lid area with the lid and surrounding sheetmetal from another small car with a flat trunk profile, like an MG Midget or something. Reworking the original lid just wouldn't work.

Here's an alt one on Madfish's sports car version above, as a hardtop. I'm really digging the mags and louvers vibe on this instead of the usual nose high drag car treatment they're known for.

Madfish I hope it's cool if I use your pic to start with, I like the look it's got.

Can someone please slam this to the ground, put on 53 Caddy wheelcovers, and paint it tangerine on the bottom and the whole top bright white? And maybe also do it with some pinner whites and supremes? Thanks in advance

  24. As most of you know, I have a propensity for the Chevy Nomad styling .It would take a lot of tin knocking but the only changes to the main body are the accent lines and the rear wheel openings. The hard part would to figure out how to fabricate a Nomad roof. Sure would draw a lot of attention though.....
