    based upon the 1932 Ford Model 18 Edsel by Bob Gregorie for Edsel B. Ford --- this is my design evolution of it.

    Need a quick favor.... I have a falcon that needs some love, I have been thinking of doing the car in a what if Ford did the xnr concept instead of Chrysler and used a falcon. I was thinking the body lines would stay similar to the falcon, just with European race car style. Maybe with no bumpers. tapatalk_1497372540685.jpeg tapatalk_1497372538143.jpeg tapatalk_1497372522081.jpeg tapatalk_1497372518762.jpeg

    Maybe make it a bit easier and go battle birds but use 62 falcon as the base body. 06fd6cfef3e840b43503d00dcb716a51.jpg 021.jpg 615441-1000-0.jpg images (3).jpg 108502480.YdbuWdJe.DSC_5085640.jpg

    Here's a couple similar ones that actually were built, in case you haven't seen them before.

    I have not, but I have a 62, and thought what if Ford mixed Ghia and warbird?

    The thing is I'm trying to get motivated on my 62 more door sedan falcon.... I guess I want something from the early 60's that is crazy but doable.

    @Leon Sandcastle
    OK...Something different...Knock of the roof lay back the windshield and install a Carson type top ,weld up the rear door and extend the fronts, peak the rear fenders and add trim, custom paint , aggressive stance and exhaust some custom wheels...Shouldn't cost much more than a hundred grand but it's doable ;)..

    What's a hundred grand? Mere pocket change to us average people.... how about maybe just doing Jr stock cl***

    Henry Ford never would have let Edsel Ford build something with a wheelbase this long -- but I thought it would be interesting to see what a 1932 cabriolet could have looked like. (It wonder what hot rodders or the custom guys would have done with it!)[IMG]
