The Facel Vega makes a nice boulevardier. Just needs a longer wheelbase and some clean up.

Given me the inspiration to keep trying photoshop so I can fiddle with different colours etc.
Slowly getting it. Did you do the paint as a layer or a mask? Im still trying to figure out masking let alone cutting things out etc.

  12. @KustomKreeps I do each panel as a separate layer to get the exact dimensions and then merge them and do the color, highlights and reflections. The more you use the program the more tricks you learn. It used to take me hours to do stuff that I can now do in minutes....Practice,Practice,Practice ad infinitum

Could someone please put this color red on this truck? The truck is real similar to how I hope mine will look when I am done with it, just trying to pick a color early. I ended up swapping that Champ bed for a regular one.

    Thanks in advance.

Hello, I was wondering if you guys/gals could help me out and give this 41 Hudson a Satin Burgundy paint job and some early custom touches like Firestone Wide whites and rear fenders and skirts.

My 46 Cadillac 61 series 2 dr is apart waiting on a top chop. I found this 46 on the Net which has the same front sheetmetal. Could someone please do the following so I can decide if I want to change anything up front. Remove the Dagmars, hood ornament along with the chrome strip on top and the V emblem along with the emblem inside of it. Also the vertical parts of the grill to be blacked out and pie cut the hood an inch or so up front to lower it a little. Thanks in advance.

Need help with color scheme for my hot rod shop. I was thinking of barn red, white trim, with forest green at the lower 3 foot to ground? Thanks!

Joe Wilhelm's 1936 Ford "Mark Mist 1" was an innovative custom for its European flair, the Facel Vega influence being obvious. Though not a popular custom, I consider it one of the greats.

this is a great example of why my friend Roy extended the front fenders and area below grille 8 inches lower.. and painted bumper body color...
