Hey moose! I just picked up these 57 desoto headlight bezels and I was thinking about maybe trying to mold them into the fender of my 50. I was here not all that long ago but i completely forgot about these bezels, do you think you could fit them in please?and if you could try to add that roofline im trying to get on that car too thatd be awesome

Im more of a butcher than a carver so I will just trim a little as it already looks close to perfect

Just a few enhancements.

 

Went a bit Pegaso, with the styling. The black is a bit heavy, but it´s late and i couldn´t be bothered to change it to anything more colourful.

 

Hey TheMoose, would you please do 2 versions of "cut out" side pipes for me, one exiting at the rear of the front fenders and the other exiting in front of the rear fender, looking to go '60's Hot Rod instead of 40's custom, if you have any of your own ideas feel free to share. Hey Moose have you ever removed the guy from this photo ?
Every time I run across it I wonder what the photographer thought when he developed that film, but you would think he would have had to know the guy was in frame.

Thanks, madfish. I do love the candy reds....Funny, from this perspective and being nose high, the car looks squat. It actually has been lengthened a little with the fins.

Street exhaust out the back. Pipes on the sides are capped cut outs for race day methinks. And I would vote for under the front fender.

 

And the mystery is over, now we know what it would look like, thanks man

 

Wanted to see the divco front on the firetruck... change color and wheels as you seem fit... always thought a hot rod firetruck was a cool idea, and why not a different truck.
