If you want to have some cheap fun, buy a beat up MGB, swap engine, wheels and brakes and turn that thing into a hill climb monster.

If the cosmetics will be H.A.M.B.-friendly, go ahead and start a build thread. Just avoid any posts about the technical bits. [emoji106]

Exactly...just refer to the electrical motor as a "large generator"

If you did it up like this, I doubt anyone would complain.

Hey guys, I was wondering if someone could change the red on the back of the body to blue (like it's suppoed to be). I drew this years ago and because the T-shirt design had to be done in 4-color for silk screening, I couldn't do the back of the body in blue.

  11. (Electrics predate most of the H.A.M.B.-friendly era. Just sayin)

Like it! Lots of work, but I think the factory should of built it, probably would of outsold the Falcon Ranchero!

I can imagine this with one of the AMC 304? v-8s, a 4 speed and decent rear end. Fun stuff!

  16. Can someone please put Cragar SS wheels and black tires on my Deuce? THX!

Just paint the wheel centers a metallic mint green.

I have new rear leaf springs for this car, and am planning to put on some slightly taller rear tires. I'm trying to decide if the rear tires should be redlines like the front or just blackwall. Would really like to see the car raised up a couple inches in the rear, with a slightly taller blackwall tire (rear only) and also a redline tire in the rear, to decide which way to go.

Hey guys, I want to post this on another thread but of course I need the front wheels changed to HAMB approved. Your choice of what you think would look good.

957B0E68-EA59-4887-A5F4-B092679AF10A.jpeg Could someone please photoshop my 38 Willys in white with the red wheels left as they are and also sage green with cream wheels
    Thanks

  24. That's impressive!!

  25. Can someone please photoshop this with chrome reverse wheels and 1"(?) whitewalls? Some renderings have been done, all with blackwalls but it seems to me it needs some sort of whitewall to pop. My eye may not be as good as some of you, but I thing the color of this car does not lend itself well to a blackwall tire. THX 20200706_140511.jpg

Do you have a bigger pic? Other photos of that car exist on the internet but are watermarked stock images.
