Careful posting that you are bored. I can't build all of my bad ideas as fast as you can photoshop them. I may have you paint the current car in the shop though. Detroit is when? Chassis will all be satin black body will be a brushed and weathered Washington blue in more of a satin sheen. Still waiting on the real hood sides but these are close other than they don’t fit. Sorry about the busy background but that’s where it sits currently.

Guessing the mods deleted my original - thanks for updating/saving. Had I been thinking a little faster I would have attempted to photoshop it on blocks before uploading. Between you and @madfish I have a few things to consider... I had not thought about the baby moons with the wide whitewalls...

 

Moose got me this look 5 years ago and I’m looking for a change to Halibrand Sprints. 15x6’s so they will pretty flat and not much dish. Polished and anthracite if you can. Thanks and close the garage door if you like.

 

I dunno... he didn't miss the mark by a huge amount, but it's the details that make the difference.

Moose beat me to it, but I think this is a slightly different style. Seems like there are a few styles of "sprints" and I don't know which is which. So, if this isn't what you were looking for, consider it an alternative. ;-)

Random request for a little detail. Can someone do the top lip of the door that wraps over the inner structure in Washington blue, the rest of the inner structure in a satin black, leave the bag the color it is or just a hair darker, and fill in the field of the seat base with the leather that is on the corner of the seat. Trying to get some ideas before we spend a bunch of money on paint and leather thanks

It's not great but you get the idea.

 

Works good enough. trying to talk him out of doing the inner doors and matching quarter and kick panels in blue. My feeling is that it will be way too much blue and I will probably just paint it black anyhow. But this gives me a better picture for him. Thanks.

 

How many more bad ideas do you want me to suggest? I am already a few years behind...

 

Could you please put black steel wheels with chrome moons and trim rings and also make the running boards black. Thanks...

 

Thank you Moose but think I like the Rocket Racing wheels a little better. They just need spinners and I do like the black running boards. Thanks.

 

Hope I'm not stepping on your toes Moose. It has been so long that I just had to jump in, even if is just for a quicky.
Here it is with spinners. I did a little less black on the running board 'cause I wanted to see how it would look with the body color continuing fender-to-fender.
