i dont know kirk, but the guys driving the pick-up wearing plaid, looked pretty tough to me.

What a cool collection!!! Money can't buy taste. The truck you guys were driving looks to be a great daily driver. The shop is super cool too. Looked like a fun time.

You have a truly magnificent collection of stuff. Your early 1900s cars are so very cool. I have always wanted a Stutz, though it has and will continue to be out of my league.

I remember the guys at the Curtis Museum were referencing some stuff from the left coast while they were building a recreation of a Curtis Flying boat. Be nice also to hear a bit more on the Heath Parosol story, if you get a chance.

The collection is not his. It belonged to the gentleman who p***ed away. Fred DOES have an amazing Indian motorcycle collection though!

As promised, here are the photos and data sheet of the ice boat that I built the art deco seats for. . Scott_Rod had to take a hammer to my PC to get the images to load right! By the way, Scott_Rod made the cushions, too.

if anybody has any questions, please feel free to PM me.

  13. Totally Rad! Thanks for posting those pics. They used to use those or similar things on Lake Winnipesaukee.

Well the collection is real nice no matter who it belongs to, glad that its used, its what it is supposed to do!

And I would love to see the Indians too (not just those plastic ones)!

I got some photos of his collection, but I figured the whiners would start if I posted them. PLus it's Fred's private collection and he would have to say it's OK to post them publicly.

Thanks for the coverage of something most of us would never have a chance to see or even know about!! I think I recognize W******* Rd and the one with all the bikes...I ride my motorbike over that way now and then and have lunch at the crossroad...great place for a drive too.
