Shoot me a pic. 51Ratt wants the quarter panel pieces off of my '54 Desoto so he can run Desoto taillights on his car, so maybe we could get some kind of trade deal going? Or money, whatever.

so our devious plan is underway! me and cj worked on the car for 10 straight hours, fell asleep, and then i put in 3 more hours.

we cleaned the car, swapped over the interior, swapped the bumper bracket in front, put the front bumper on, switched the hood, got all the lights put back in and working, changed the drivers side glass, gave it a tune up, hooked the gas tank up and put all the extra parts in the garage(THERE WAS A WHOLE OTHER CARS WORTH OF PARTS IN IT!)

anyway, heres the remains....

 

still gotta lower it, change the tires and wheels, paint it, and run an exhaust. but not bad for 12 hours of work and some insurance money! now we are ahead of the other car, this car is fucking clean as hell!

 

I'm impressed, looks pretty damned good for such a fast turnaround. I just hope you're not going to keep those trailer wheels on there! (edit: I see you plan to change those, good idea, looking for some cool wheels?) I think this was a much better plan than fixing the smashed one.
