    The Hot Rod and Custom Car Clubs book I have by Fred Thomas lists a Block Busters club in Scottsbluff, NE. I think I can read Block as the first word on the plaque. Not sure where Scottsbluff is but there are a couple of other clubs on the Scottsbluff page with plaques.
