Projects The Retirement Roadster

    Now that the "Retirement Coupe" is gone and the "Rum Runner" is in the swap section, I turned my attention to the Retirement Roadster. A 28 Roadster that is being turned into a traditional A-V8 driver. I changed the doors to a flush fit and modified the gas tank to accept a full set of SW gauges. Pretty standard stuff, but its starting to look good. I attached some pictures, including what it looked like last Fall. More to follow.

    Here are a few more pictures. They show the saddle tanks (Tanks INC) and the exhaust system. A word of caution. If you are going to use the saddle tanks with hairpins, mount the tanks first and then fit the hairpins. My had to be shortened a little to clear the tanks.
