Rattled the tourist's fillings in downtown Gettysburg.

 

Outside of Pasco, WA, heading into town to the big shop....Dallas in “Rusty” - ‘41 Chrysler Highlander- and me in my 49 year owned ‘34 Chev. Which I bought from Dal 49 years ago....memories!

If you ever cross this thing on a two wheeler be sure to get in the right lane; I speak from experience. In a hot rod it won't matter.

b-t-w; when we crossed this on the H-D Sherry pretty much closed her eyes the whole way.

 

Reading you loud and clear, the old steel bridges will shake your ass!
The Chesapeake Bay Bridge in MD has a section of steel grating. Looking down while riding gives the impression of flying 80 feet above the water!

 

Or 201 on the way to La Grande.

 

... Just crossed it twice last week to and from a trip to Mackinac Island ... My wife freaks out the whole five miles ...
... (2nd longest suspension bridge in the country I think) ...
