I found some funky bell-crank that worked perfect for the clutch.

Personally, I strongly dislike the vertical steering look. Just isn't aesthetically pleasing.

I dig how this is coming together. 5 pounds of **** in a 2 pound bag... I can't wait to see this little gow job on the beach!

More ****! This little ****er is testing my patience. I didnt want to run an electric fan and due to the height of the cowl and upper hoses I couldnt run the stock fan. I had 2 of the same pan ***emblies, removed the pulleys from both, one had to be destroyed to make one good one. I slid the pulley back to allow for a double generator pulley, now I can run a mechanical fan...ill post a few pics when the belts installed.

Some updates......The boat steering box wouldn't work with it's original mount, it made the box hang too low......sounds dirty! I made another mount but snugged it up under the frame than Z'd the steering arm up to level things out.

Removed the Model A front end and dropped a '34 axle with '39 spindles and '48 brakes....rear backing plates. Had to split and pie cut the bones to get the correct 7dg king pin angle. Welded in some old school pie rods. wishbones.JPG wishbones2.JPG View attachment 2688951 View attachment 2688952

I like that a lot, inventive and a lot of work in the details.

Stock model A wheelbase. Didn't change a thing ... The rear end stayed in the stock location and I moved the crossmember and spring forward.

Hahahaha I think I just figured it out. Heard of this object also being used as a firewall.

    Very creative. ;)

I know @Pete and he's got way to much non conforming construction happening at his house to sacrifice a perfectly good wheel barrow, besides I think its too small.
